Kiwis who love the sport of disc golf
Dunedin is the second largest city in the South Island of New Zealand and the principal city of the Otago region. Home to the University of Otago, Dunedin has plenty of character, especially due to it's Scottish heritage. And now as of 2015 it has it's own basketted disc golf course - the Chingford Park Disc Golf Course.
Designed by seasoned disc golfers Hannah Joynt and Scott Pulver, this course offers a good challenge for beginners and experienced players alike. Set in a beautiful park, a round here can be a very enjoyable getaway from the humdrum of life.
How to get to Chingford Park
Park on North Road and enter the park through the large iron gates. Walk about 100 metres in from the road, and veer left over the bridge over the creek. The course map and first hole are on the right about 20 metres over the bridge.
